Born in Tanzania from Italian parents, this Citizen of the world studied at the Art School of London. There, she met Nick Craig with whom she founded TEAM CREATIF in 1986. Since, the Design Agency became a reference on the French market but also abroad. With 250 collaborators from 10 different nationalities, we work with 52 countries in the world including Brazil, where we have a subsidiary in Sao Paulo, Jakarta and United States of America. With 60% of our turnover generated abroad, we help our clients to build the success of their brand on local markets but also internationally. Today, the agency increased its offer from Design to Retail with Market Value and to global communication via Shortlinks, and Diadem for production. Design ambassador in the world, Sylvia Vitale Rotta was the President of the first Design jury at the Eurobest 2008 and also the President of the Design category at the Cannes Lions 2009, the Dubai Lynx Design jury in 2010. She is an active member of the EPDA. She animated masterclass for the Cannes Lions and in 2015 for the « Lieu du Design ». She also did it for Parisian schools in 2016 (ISTEC and ESTACOM), and the TEDxIstec seminars in Paris. She was awarded last October by the Legion of Honnor at the rank of knight by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the international development which celebrates an exceptional career for more than 30 years. Sylvia has developed a design group thanks to her creativity and to an international vision of the activity. For Sylvia, design is an essential economic player that will generate strong added value in economy. It also allows us to rethink the relation between objects, man and its environment, all around the world. Design makes everyday beautiful.
Trends & Innovation Director - Team Créatif
After a HEC preparatory class, Laurence studied Marketing & Communication in a business school, ISC Paris. In 1994, she joined Direct Design as Account Director and worked mainly for Intermarché. In 1996, she joined Extreme Group as Strategy Director. She managed L’Oréal Paris, L’Oréal Grand Public, Garnier, Givenchy, Yves Rocher, Française des Jeux… She joined TEAM CREATIF in 2004 as Trends & Innovation Director. She builds and guarantees the Brand identity through all vectors of communication: of the product through retail as well as in digital, process of innovation, workshops, trend books, strategic support strategy of branding. She now works for mega brands such as Danone and its babyfood, for waters and ultra-fresh products, for Mars Petfood, for Nivea as well as for magnificent national brands as Vilmorin, Naturalia, Oé…. A true globe trotter, Laurence loves discovering and experiencing new cultural and social habits and behaviors.
Chief Creative Director - Team Créatif
Graduated in 1994 in Industrial Design at ENSAAMA Paris, National School of Applied Arts and Crafts, Olivier joined Novalis Design Agency in 1998 as industrial and graphic Designer. In 1999, he became Graphic Packaging Designer at Shinning Paris before joining TEAM CREATIF in 2000 at the same function. He came back to TEAM in 2010 and is today Creative Director. Olivier was a member of the Eurobest Jury. He participated in the creation of Shorlinks, an agency of Team Creatif Group specialized in Marketing Services and Brand Content, with which he obtained a TopCom d'Or. In 2010, he returned to TEAM CREATIF where he is today the Chief Creative Director. Several times a member of International Design juries, Olivier defines himself as a "Creative-Marketer".
