1. Where and when will the next edition of the MAISON&OBJET show take place?

The next edition of the MAISON&OBJET show will take place January 18-22, 2019 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte.

2. What are the benefits offered by the MAISON&OBJET badge?

The entrance badge gives you 5-day access to the entire MAISON&OBJET show, to its variety of spaces, talks, and diverse installations and exhibits.

3. Is the show accessible to non-professionals?

The show is exclusively reserved for décor, design and lifestyle professionals.

4. Is it possible to bring children to the show?

As it is a professional event, we advise you not to bring children. Nevertheless, if you must bring them, a day care center named “Les Mistigris” is available for our visitors in Hall 6, for children ages 3 through 12 only.

In any case, children under the age of 3 may enter the show at no charge, but for those over that age, the visitor must pay 70€ per child.

5. How do I obtain my badge for the MAISON&OBJET show?

To obtain your badge, log onto the following website: https://badge.maison-objet.com and click on “Order my badge”.
If you do not yet have an account, click on “Create an account”. Please note: first and last names listed on the badge cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.
On the other hand, if you have already attended the show, or if you already have an account on our digital platform MOM, then click on “Log on”, and enter your usual login details.

6. How do I order badges for my colleagues?

When you order your badge, you have the option of ordering for your colleagues as well, at the step entitled “Badges for colleagues”.
In order to ensure the security of the personal data of each of your colleagues, you will be required to provide a unique e-mail address for each individual. This e-mail address will be needed to active their badges.

7. How can I pay for my badge purchase?

When you register online, you can pay for your order using credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
At the show, on the other hand, you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard only), check or cash.

8. Can a badge be used by a third party?

Each badge is personal and non-transferable. It must be shown each time you enter and exit various areas at the show. When you leave the show for the last time, we invite you to place this badge into one of the recycling boxes designated for this.

9. What should I do if I do not receive by electronic badge even though I have registered online?

We invite you to check, first of all, to be sure that the e-mail did not accidentally land in your spam folder. Then, please check that the e-mail listed in your personal online space is correct.

10. What should I do if I don’t manage to print my badge?

Your downloadable badge will appear in a new window. Please make sure that your browser allows pop-ups. This also means that your computer must have software that allows you to read PDF files.

11. How do I obtain a visa to visit the show?

To make this request, please log onto your personal online space, under the “My badges” section, then click on “Visa Letters”.

12. How do I access my personal online space?

To access your personal online space, log onto https://badge.maison-objet.com, click on “Visitors Area”, then “ Log on ”. Then enter, as you wish, your LinkedIn account information, or your e-mail & password.

13. How can I obtain my password if I’ve forgotten it?

In MAISON&OBJET website, please click on “Login”, then on “Visitors Area”, then “Log on”, and finally on the link entitled “ Forgot your password? ”.

14. What is the purpose of the personal online space?

Your personal online space is useful for:
• Purchasing your badge
• Printing your badge
• Purchasing additional badge
• Printing your invoice or receipt
• Purchasing the show catalogue
• Purchasing the Trend Mook
• Updating your personal details
• Manage your newsletter subscriptions

15. How can I receive a proof of payment?

Your proof of payment is available in your Personal Online Space, by clicking on the “My orders” section, then “ My orders and proof of payment ”, and finally “ Download

16. How can I obtain the show catalogue or Trend Mook?

Starting from the opening of the online store, you may order MAISON&OBJET editions by ordering your badge, or by visiting your Online Personal Space.
During the show, you may also pick them up at our sales desks.

17. How can students obtain access to the show?

Only students from an accredited school or institute may access the show, and only a professor may submit requests for accreditation.

The school badge price is 10€ for an online order, or 15€ directly onsite at the show. This is valid for one-day admittance.

Badge purchases at the show can only be made for a group of at least 3 persons from the same institution.

If the person in charge of the group already possesses valid documentary evidence, in this case you can order your online badges.

If not, your badge order will be moderated. You will receive an answer later.

In case of refusal, then you will be forced to order a classic visitor badge, and all the same participate in the show.
For information, the duration of the documentary evidence is of 2 years (so 4 consecutive sessions).
