- Service available only for AIR FRANCE flights or those operated by AIR FRANCE, departing from ROISSY CDG airport only.
- Passengers must personally present themselves at the drop-off desk. Luggage drop-off and check-in cannot be conducted by any third parties. Presentation of an identity document used for the flight and the corresponding Maison&Objet badge is required.
- Drop-off points: at the entrance Hall 1 of the Exhibition Center or in one of the 5 Parisian hotels listed on the interface (without having to be a client of the hotel in question).

Let us look after your belongings
Our cloakrooms operate all day long, from 30 minutes before the trade fair opens until 30 minutes after it shuts (in other words from 9am to 7.30pm Thursday to Sunday, and from 9am to 6.30pm on Monday).
No luggage is allowed on the trade fair floor. Please leave your luggage in the cloakroom.

Shuttle bus service
Let us whisk you from parking to entrances
If you need to get quickly and easily from one end of the trade fair to the other, just jump on a shuttle bus! The service is free to use.
Itinerary 1 (green) : shuttle run 8.00am to 08.30pm / P1 > Hall 5A
Itinerary 2 (blue) : shuttle run 8.00am to 08.30pm / P1 > Hall 6

Wheelchair loan service
All you have to do is ask
Manual wheelchairs are available at the Medical Center in Hall 6. The service is free but by reservation, and against exchange of an identity document. Note: no staff is provided on the show to accompany people in wheelchairs.

Chauffeur service
Be whisked from your car to the trade fair entrance
A chauffeur service is available at the visitors car park near the disabled parking spaces to whisk you straight to the entrance to the halls and make it easier to return to your vehicle.
