We accept online applications all year round. Your trade fair contact will call you within 3 days to get to know you better.

Tick, tock, tick, tock... we’ll be going through your application with a fine-tooth comb. Spend that time picturing what the future could hold by browsing through the trade fair information we’ll send to your inbox.

CONFIRM

Congratulations, your application has been successful! Once we’ve sent you your personal login details, you’ll be able to log onto your online account to finalise your application. Welcome on board!

PICTURE

A few weeks after we’ve confirmed that you’re officially on board, you will receive our stand allocation proposal. Let the adventure begin!

PREPARE

From the comfort of your desk, you’ll send us all the information we need to list your brand in our exhibitors catalogue, send invitations out to your contacts and order any customised services you may require...

SET UP

4 days before the trade fair opens its doors (negotiable), you’ll take possession of your space, setting up your stand and perfecting your exhibit with the help of our technical teams.

Participation

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR PARTICIPATION/ TO FINALIZE MY REGISTRATION?

Applications for participation are accepted year-round. Nevertheless, the closer we get to the fair period, the less space tends to be available: learning what you need as early as possible makes it more likely for us to be able to fulfill your request. After we consider your application, we contact you with a proposed environment; we then recommend that you confirm your participation to us within two weeks’ time, by filling out the online participation request
form..

Rates

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY FOR A BOOTH IN SEVERAL INSTALLMENTS?

We offer a payment schedule of three installments. The entirety of your participation fees must be paid prior to the show opening.

Location

MAY I CHOOSE MY BOOTH LOCATION?

Upon receipt of your participation request form, we work hard to find you a location within an environment that is relevant and appropriate for your positioning (product, target audience, price segment). The materials you provide us with are therefore an essential part of the stand allocation process.

WHAT ARE THE FAIR'S OPENING HOUR?

Opening hours for exhibitors are Friday through Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Opening hours for visitors are Friday through Monday, 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Tuesday until 6 p.m.

Rates

IS FINANCIAL AID AVAILABLE?

Some organizations (Chambers of Commerce, associations, etc.) maybe able to offer subsidies to certain
exhibitors. We advise you to get in touch with these organizations directly for further information.

Location

WHY MUST WE PAY BEFORE RECEIVING E SPACE ALLOCATION?

The confirmation of your participation is considered as an order, and a deposit is requested for this. These elements are necessary so that we can properly consider your request and allow us to undertake both the booth allocation process and follow-up.

MAY I RECEIVE AN INVOICE?

Your invoices will be available online within your personal space.A final invoice will also be sent to you by

Location

ARE THERE GROUPED BOOTHS/ PAVILIONS? IS IT POSSIBLE FOR SEVERAL FIRMS TO SHARE A SINGLE BOOTH? A

Maison&Objet does not allow for groups of firms to exhibit in one area as pavilions. However, some private or public organizations may offer their members this type of exhibit package. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any professional organizations you may be familiar with.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SELECT OUR STAND LAYOUT AND/ OR PLACEMENT IN A PREMIUM ZONE?

We systematically try our utmost to fulfill all the requests we receive. Nevertheless, it is sometimes difficult to satisfy all of our exhibitors’ wishes, since we must also attempt to do so depending on specific availability.
