To celebrate the 10th anniversary of IDA, his first restaurant, acclaimed chef Denny Imbroisi entrusted interior designer Christophe Bro with the mission of reimagining the energy of a space rich with memories—one that embodies his roots, his family, and Italy.
An expert in hospitality design, Bro set out to strike a balance between tradition, innovation, and authenticity, creating a textured and contemporary atmosphere.
How can the creative dialogue between a chef and a spatial designer transform a restaurant into a place that stimulates—and delights—all the senses?

Chef
Denny Imbroisi, a passionate Italian chef, discovered cooking at the age of 14 in his family's restaurant in Mantua. After training in prestigious establishments such as San Domenico (Italy) and alongside Mauro Colagreco, William Ledeuil, and Alain Ducasse in France, he stood out for his creativity and technical mastery. In 2015, he opened IDA in Paris, blending Italian tradition with innovation. This was followed by Epoca, Malro, Quindici, and Cucucina—now must-visit destinations. In 2025, he fulfilled a dream with Ischia, a tribute to his southern Calabrian roots and to the Italian island that inspires him so much—a symbol of his love for the peninsula and its rich gastronomy. Denny showcases Italian cuisine in France with passion and creativity, combining tradition and modernity.
Space and product designer & founder - BRO
Christophe Bro, a spatial and product designer, has been a key figure in the Parisian and French hospitality scene for over 10 years, with more than 100 venues imagined and brought to life. He is behind commercially successful reinventions such as Rose du Pont in Chamonix, Nelson’s at the former Paris Stock Exchange, and Mosugo with Mory Sacko at Galeries Lafayette. Christophe composes stories through volume—giving meaning to places, materials, and spaces. He sculpts, stretches, and asserts identities with bold markers, signature gimmicks, or totems that invite visitor appropriation. The result is immersive, warm environments that offer a unique and distinctive experience. The power of a purposeful line—and purposeful design.
