If creativity is a feminine noun, women embody it perfectly! They dare to go further, pushing open the doors of workshops to take the lead, sharing their worlds, visions, and passion for innovation, materials, and craftsmanship among designers, artists, and craftswomen.
Meet Studio mo-mo’s founder and head of residency development and Laurence Bonnel, founder of Galerie Scène Ouverte — women who embody, share, and support this movement.

Artist, gallerist & founder - Scene Ouverte gallery
Laurence Bonnel, artist and gallerist, embodies a dual passion for contemporary creation and artisanal excellence. In 2016, Laurence Bonnel founded the SCENE OUVERTE gallery, now located at 13 rue Bonaparte in Paris. This space became a natural extension of her artistic and collecting vision. Here, she defends a demanding creation, deeply rooted in the great French Métiers d'art. The gallery showcases one-off pieces or very limited editions, created by contemporary artists and ceramists, sometimes in collaboration with exceptional craftsmen. SCENE OUVERTE reveals the gesture, thought and time that go into each piece. It celebrates the material, the slowness of making, the depth of intention. Each piece is a rare alliance between tradition and modernity, between ancestral know-how and contemporary aesthetics. Through this adventure, Laurence Bonnel pursues mission: to transmit, reveal and bring together the singular voices of today's creation, in a space entirely dedicated to beauty, rarity and excellence.
Founder - studio mo-mo
Adeline Cathelin founded studio mo-mo, a creative laboratory between material and design, based in Drôme Provençale. A graduate of École Duperré with 16 years of experience in fashion as a fashion designer and artistic director, she strongly believes in the power of collective intelligence. Through the studio, she promotes collaborations between artisans and designers to explore new creative grounds, blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary designs.
Head of residences and talks - studio mo-mo
Jenna Barberot joins the studio mo-mo after eight years working for French and international institutions as a project manager. Committed to ecological issues with a particular focus on craft skills, she aims at connecting contemporary creation with local dynamics. She is currently developing the studio's programme of residencies and talks, which she sees as spaces for emulation, encouraging dialogue between practices and intercultural encounters. In 2025, she was co-curator of the Attractive Matters vol.2 exhibition with Adeline Cathelin at the Espace FORMÆ in Paris.
