Customer insight & CRM consultant, freelance

I support retail players (Sephora, Samaritaine, Le Bon Marché, Sergent Major, etc.) in deploying and optimizing their loyalty levers. I work on optimizing performance through data: customer knowledge, segmentation & scoring, loyalty program redesign/creation, and finally on building CRM animation plans and customer activation sequences (marketing automation). I also give lectures, mentoring and training sessions to raise awareness of customer issues.
