Leading the Miiro team as the CEO, Neena brings extensive experience from her role as Executive Director of Group Strategy and International Hospitality at InterGlobe Enterprises, Miiro’s parent company. From 2008, during her time at InterGlobe Enterprises, Neena has led several strategic initiatives across InterGlobe’s businesses in various positions ranging from acquisition, divestment of businesses, negotiating and managing crucial joint ventures, to strategic development of new business initiatives. With this impressive track record, Neena will drive forward Miiro’s launch and ambitious growth plans. Prior to joining InterGlobe, in her capacity as a lawyer by training and a deal maker, Neena has been a private practitioner advising top multinational clients and high-net-worth individuals globally in their cross-border investments, dispute resolutions, and mediating settlements. Neena is an avid traveller who appreciates all genres of music, ranging from Indian modern and classical to western styles. A gifted vocalist, Neena has performed on stage several times, including solo roles in Bertolt Brecht's masterpiece, “The Threepenny Opera”, and Georges Bizet's operas, “The Pearl Fishers” and “Carmen”. She also champions the cause of helping women reach leadership positions by coaching them in her private, pro-bono capacity.

Mickael Meunier joined Miiro Hotels Group in June 2023 as General Manager of Le Grand Hôtel Cayré Paris, the group’s iconic property located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Prior to taking on this exciting role, Mickael spent over seven years at the helm of the legendary Les Bains Parishotel, formaly known as Les Bains Douches, where he helped reposition the property as one of the most sought-after destinations on the Parisian hospitality scene — a unique blend of lifestyle, design, and high-end service. His professional journey also took him to the United States, where he spent nearly a decade in the fine dining industry, collaborating closely with renowned French Chef Daniel Boulud. This international experience greatly enriched his perspective on service excellence, operational leadership, and the guest experience. A true design enthusiast, deeply passionate about all aspects of the service industry, Mickael Meunier now brings his energy and ambition to the teams of Neena Gupta, Founder and CEO of Miiro Hotels Group. His mission: to infuse new life into Le Grand Hôtel Cayré Paris and help position it as a standout in contemporary Parisian hospitality.

Formerly Senior Vice President of Operations for The Standard International, Milad is passionate about designing guest-centric experiences in the luxury lifestyle setting. In his role at The Standard, Milad oversaw the management and operational strategy of all hotels, as well as the brand development of the pipeline across Asia and the Middle East. His previous roles include Director of Brand Experience with Mondrian and Director of Brand Marketing with Jumeirah Group. In his position at Miiro, Milad has been integral in implementing the brand identity and concepts and will manage their rollout across the growing portfolio.

A writer for French and international publications (Les Echos WE, Le Point, ELLE, ELLE DECO, Bllnr), Clara Le Fort deals with subjects related to luxury, innovation and sustainable development. She also works with brands on strategic matters, as a design director. In addition, she has authored five books, published by Gestalten, and has written the Louis Vuitton City Guide for Sydney, Istanbul, Copenhagen and Arles.
