Chef of the gourmet restaurant Mosuke*
After training in some of the most prestigious luxury hotels, Mory Sacko opened his first restaurant in 2020 in Paris’s 14th arrondissement. With quiet confidence and determination, this chef quickly made his mark on the French gastronomic scene with MOSUKE. A free spirit and visionary, he crafts bold, inventive cuisine rooted in a personal journey between Africa and Japan — all elevated by the finesse of French haute gastronomy. Awarded a Michelin star in 2021, MOSUKE has continued to rise, and in 2023, Mory was named one of the 100 emerging leaders of the new generation by the renowned Time magazine. Following the creation of MOSUGO — his comfort food concept — and several pop-up projects, Mory now thrives in environments that embrace and inspire his multifaceted, refined culinary style.
