Born in Paris with Spanish roots and having grown up in Latin America, Lucas González has leveraged his multicultural background to build an international career. Returning to Europe for his studies, he focused on luxury hospitality by enrolling at IEMI Paris, a hotel management center, where he specialized in Hospitality Management and Luxury Brands. With his degree in hand, Lucas began his career in the United States with the prestigious Four Seasons chain before joining Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. After several years in luxury hospitality, he returned to Europe and settled in England. There, he took on the role of Area General Manager at Ladurée, overseeing several flagship boutiques. He later joined Mariage Frères as General Manager for the UK, also taking responsibility for development in Germany. Shifting his career to the cosmetics sector, Lucas joined Clarins as Retail Development Director for strategic markets, including Central Europe, the Nordic countries, Southern Europe, and the Middle East. Building on this expertise, Lucas founded ETC, Commerce et Distribution, a consulting firm specializing in developing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands and their partnerships with the hospitality industry. Having worked within major international groups, Lucas now uses his experience to support independent structures in their international growth and collaborations with the hospitality sector.
