In a constantly evolving world, brands need to adapt quickly to changes in consumer behavior and technological advances. Thinking in terms of an agile, modular customer journey is essential to delivering an optimal, personalized customer experience. Through benchmarks and concrete retails concepts, I will illustrate how a good understanding of customer needs, a precise mapping of all points of contact, on line and offline, flexibility and interchangeable modules, now enable us to rethink the customer journey: a journey that is more flexible, more adaptable, more customizable, that meets the evolving expectations of consumers and enables us to remain competitive in a dynamic market.
