Elodie, Global SVP Brand Design Luxury Brands for Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, Emblems and MGallery at Accor, applies her extensive hospitality experience to build a new vision for the sector, focused on tomorrow’s guests’ expectations. Elodie started as an Interior Designer and excelled in the hospitality sector over the past 2 decades. Today, she leads a team that defines the design and product strategy and creates the concept guidelines for Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, Emblems and MGallery. Elodie also leads design initiatives to transform the sense of place, performance, guest experience and market development for these 4 Luxury Brands at Accor, one of the world leading augmented hospitality groups, with over 5,300 properties in 110 countries. Thanks to her various experiences on numerous projects across the globe, Elodie has developed a bespoke skillset that allows her to correlate all aspects in a hotel or residential project, including business & operations, architecture, engineering, wellness, design and art curation. Elodie feels privileged to create the key link between the Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, Emblems and MGallery brands and the Regional Accor Luxury Design & Technical Services Teams with her strategic team. She works closely with the Hotel Development, Marketing, Brands and Operations teams, and together, they facilitate concept creation with the necessary cultural and market know-how across the globe. With a strong digital presence, Elodie is dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences for guests. Her passion for hospitality design, quality and human connections, drives her to continuously innovate and push boundaries towards a genuine holistic and sustainable luxury design direction.

Trained as a painter, an avid traveler and a born interior designer, Lázaro Rosa Violán finds inspiration everywhere. His eclectic style allows him to mix and reinterpret trends from the past and present. In 2002, he opened his own studio and in just a few years achieved remarkable growth, building up a substantial customer portfolio and unquestionable media impact.

A graduate of Cambridge University’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership, Roddy Clarke is a design writer looking at the social and environmental impacts of design. With a background in restoration, Roddy covers topics such as circularity, responsible design, and the presence of traditional craft in a contemporary society. Contributing to titles such as The Financial Times and Forbes, Roddy also hosts and speaks across various industry events while also consulting with brands to help them navigate their way to a greener future through transparent and honest communication. Roddy also works as an interior stylist for a variety of brand-related projects.
