To reflect the spirit of the September edition of Maison&Objet 2025, which is all about renewal, Maison&Objet has entrusted the creative direction of its poster to Amélie Pichard.

Somewhere between excitement and a sense of intimacy, this invitation presents a brand-new object: a teapot/house, or a house/teapot, still in the making. The poster, which is part imagination and part reality, symbolizes the dialogue between craftsmanship and artificial intelligence, a reflection of what Amélie Pichard’s open-plan home will be.

The product of a collaboration between pottery-maker Blumen and AI, this piece raises questions about contemporary design, breaking down barriers between disciplines, and the material incarnation of ideas. It’s a model suspended in time, ready to take shape and inhabit a space.

And, to conclude, with her typical humor and bold spirit, Amélie says:

"Why not come along to the fair? Of course!"
