Section 1
SAFI, Salons Français et Internationaux, Limited Company with a board of directors and a supervisory board, with a capital of 518.080 Euros, whose registered office is located at 8 rue Chaptal CS 50028 75442 Paris cedex 09, France, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris [Paris Trade Register] under the number 388 424 129, will be organizing 1 drawing as part of the the Maison&Objet Barometer from October 3rd, 2024 through October 20th, 2024, the terms and conditions of which are detailed in the present Rules and Regulations (hereafter, the “Prize Draw”).
Section 2
Eligibility criteria: entry in the Prize Draw is open to any adult person (over 18 years of age) and is reserved to professionals (retailers, specifiers or HORECA) personally contacted by email or sms from October 3rd, 2024, through October 20th, 2024, as part of the 9th edition of the Maison&Objet Barometer.
Excluded from said Prize Draw are the Company’s representatives, employees and service providers of SAFI and of the PT. SUNGAI WATCH DESIGN company (located at Jl. Pangkungsari No. 18 A, Taman Kerobokan, Kuta, 80361, Bali, Indonesia) or of any of their subsidiaries, as well as the members of their family.
Participation in the Prize Draw implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.
One single entry per person shall be admitted; otherwise, the Participant will be subject to disqualification. Under no circumstances can the Participants use several pseudonyms to participate or participate on behalf of others.
Any entry in the Prize Draw in any other form than the one indicated in section 3 of these Rules and Regulations, or any inexact or incomplete registration shall not be taken into consideration and shall void the participation. The same sanction shall apply in the event of multi-registrations, or in the event of any form of registration that infringes the present Rules and Regulations.
Section 3
The terms and conditions of entry are as follows:
• Participation is only possible through replying to the full questionnaire related to the barometer sent out by SAFI in the Maison&Objet Barometer emails or sms on October 3rd, 2024, October 9th, 2024, October 16th, 2024, or October 18th, 2024, and is reserved exclusively for individuals who meet the Eligibility Criteria as defined in article 2 of these Rules and Regulations. Any questionnaire that is incomplete or received after October 20th, 2024 (UTC+1) – 11:59 pm (Paris time) will not be considered valid for participation.
• 1 prize draw will take place behind closed doors at the offices of SAFI, 8 rue Chaptal 75009 Paris, France, by November 15th, 2024, at the latest, in the presence of Julie Pradier, Customer knowledge & visitor acquisition Director.
• The results of the prize draw will be announced individually by telephone or email to the winner by November 30th, 2024, at the latest. If they receive no news from SAFI by this date, all participants in the drawing should consider their names not to have been drawn.
Section 4
1 participant name will be drawn, and this participant shall receive the following prize:

The above-mentioned Prize cannot be exchanged for its monetary value or for any other object or service.
SAFI reserves the right in the event of force majeure, or on any grounds beyond its control, to replace the Prize by a different equivalent Prize of equivalent value.
The Winner will be identified through the questionnaire, fully completed in order to take part in the Prize draw, over the period of October 3rd, 2024, through October 20th, 2024 (UTC+1) - 11:59 pm (Paris Time). The winner will be contacted individually by SAFI by November 30th, 2024, at the latest to inform him/her of the winning, confirm his/her contact details, and organize the receipt of his/her prize. SAFI will send out the prize by delivery by December 31st, 2024, at the latest.
SAFI reserves the right to verify the identity of the Winner.
SAFI cannot be held liable for any incident that occurs during the delivery of the endowment. SAFI shall not assume any contractual liability or any responsibility of any other nature whatsoever, for any incidents, accidents or other mishap that may occur during the period of enjoyment of the Prize attributed and/or owing to its use. It is expressly agreed that SAFI will not be qualified as a provider, retailer, or distributor of the said endowment.
The Prize cannot elicit, on the Winner behalf, any kind of dispute of any nature. Any claim or appeal pertaining to the prize, or its attribution may not be addressed to SAFI.
Section 5
Simply by accepting the Prize, the Winner authorizes SAFI, for any operation designed to promote the result of the Prize Draw, to prove his or her identity, titles and qualifications.
Section 6
SAFI reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, or cancel this contest, without harm to the participants. SAFI shall not be held liable on any grounds whatsoever thereto.
Participation in this contest entails full and complete acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.
Section 7
SAFI shall not be held liable in the event of unavailability of the website, “Internet” network malfunctions preventing the proper functioning of the contest, or the emission, reception, or registration of entries to the contest, including (non-exhaustive list) in the event of any technical, material or software failures of any kind, that shall have prevented or limited the possibility of entering the contest, or having caused damage to the participant’s system, or malfunctions due to external malevolent acts.
In addition, under no circumstances shall SAFI be held liable in the event of loss of emails.
Under no circumstances shall SAFI be held liable for the loss or deterioration of user data or of any direct or indirect harm of any kind (tangible, intangible, financial, or other) arising on the occasion of entry in the contest. Participation in the contest equates to acceptance of this condition.
No complaints or claims shall be accepted by SAFI with respect to the present article.
Section 8
The personal information collected on the entry form is recorded on legitimate grounds and recorded on a digital file SAFI (8 rue Chaptal 75009 Paris, France). They are required for participation in the contest and may be used in accordance with the SAFI Privacy Policy available on the show website.
The compulsory personal data to be provided are indicated as such on the entry form. Without this information, SAFI will not be able to satisfy the request to participate in the contest.
This personal data is kept for as long as necessary for participation in the contest and respond to requests from participants.
Pursuant to the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR and other data protection laws, participants enjoy a right of access, opposition, deletion, and rectification of their personal data, which they may exercise by contacting SAFI at the following email address: exercervosdroits@safisalons.fr
Section 9: Disputes
THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO FRENCH LAW AND SHALL BE INTERPRETED ACCORDING TO FRENCH LAW.
SHOULD ANY DISPUTE ARISE AS TO ITS INTERPRETATION OR FULFILLMENT, SOLE JURISDICTION IS ATTRIBUTED TO THE PARIS COURTS, IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO FIRST OBTAIN AMICABLE CONCILIATION WITH SAFI.
