CITE DE L'ARCHITECTURE ET DU PATRIMOINE

ARCHITECTS ́FURNITURE, 1960 to 2020. Through 250 pieces by 120 architects and 80 manufacturers, the exhibition invites the visitor to discover how architects are inscribed in the decorative arts through their furniture, object and lighting designs. Through exceptional objects, the wealth and breadth of their output detail the relationship between the architect’s vision and final result. This exhibition also shows the history of technology as it accented the collective imagination through iconic references. For the first time, an exhibition is being shown throughout the Cité de l'Architecture so the visitor can discover the edifice's library, collections and temporary exhibition spaces. See more
