1. Where and when will the next MAISON&OBJET PARIS tradeshows take place?

The MAISON&OBJET PARIS tradeshow will be held from September 8th to 12th, 2017 and from January 19th to 23rd, 2018 at Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre.

2. What shows does the badge give access to?

The badge offers access for 5 days to the shows MAISON&OBJET, scènes d’intérieur, now! design à vivre, scènes d’intérieur éditeurs (in January only), MAISON&OBJET | projets | (in September only), and craft, métiers d’art.
The electronic badge gives direct access to the tradeshow. It is not necessary to change the electronic badge for another access badge. This is quicker!
The badge is personal and non-transferable. You will be asked to show it whenever you enter and exit the show; you may also be asked for proof of identity.

When leaving the show for the last time, visitors are invited to leave their badges in the recycling bins. Make a useful contribution!

3. You need a visa to come to the show. How do you get one?

Letters of invitation for the purpose of a visa are issued only for those who have already registered. To place a request, register online, visit your personal space and click on “Badge and VISA“ and then on “VISA application”.

4. How do you obtain an access badge for the MAISON&OBJET show?

To obtain a badge, log in to www.maison-objet.com and click on “M&O PARIS“ and then on “Badges”.

Caution! The name and surname on the badge cannot be changed once your order is validated.

5. What means of payment can you use to purchase a badge?

During the registration, you can pay for your purchases by bank card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
At the show, you can pay by bank card (Visa and MasterCard only), bank cheque or in cash.

6. You are not a professional. Can you access the show?

The show is reserved for professionals from the fashion-home sector.
Proof of professional activity is required to obtain a badge.
For French visitors: when you pre-register, your NAF code and SIREN number are requested. At the show, we ask for a Kbis extract, professional credit card or cheque book.
For international visitors: we request a professional business card at the show.

7. What are the terms of access to the show for students?

Only students from accredited schools can access the show.
CAUTION! Please notice it’s only a member of the administrative staff of the school is authorized to register online the students of the school. If the professor want accredited his school, he or she has to send the request to: ecole@badgeonline.net.
During pre-registration, a School badge costs €10. At the show, students who have not registered yet can go to the reception area in hall 3 to purchase a badge for €15.
There should be at least three persons from the same school to buy a badge at the entrance of the show.
The School badge is valid only for one day.

8. Can children come to the show?

MAISON&OBJET is a show reserved for professionals. Children are not allowed to access the show.
However, “Les Mistigris” day-care service is available free of charge for children aged 3 to 12.
It is located on the hall 6 mezzanine. Meals are not included.
For children under 3 years old, the day-care has a changing table, but they may not be left there.
If a visitor wants to bring a child to the show:
admission is free for children aged 0 to 3
for children older than 3, the visitor must pay €70 per child
Children must always be accompanied by a parent when moving into the show.

9. What should you do if your NAF code does not work?

Your code is invalid: Your NAF code does not correspond to the business sectors allowed to visit our shows. Please remember that MAISON&OBJET is a trade show dedicated to the fashion-home sector. Thank you for your interest in the show, but we cannot process your request.
Your NAF code is incorrect: the format of your NAF code is not recognised. NAF codes have changed in 2008 and are now made up of 4 figures. You can check your NAF code at the following website: www.societe.com.

10. You registered and have not received your electronic badge/login information. What should you do?

- Check that your confirmation/personal space creation email was not considered SPAM. You might find it among your unwanted emails.

- Check that the email address you entered was accurate. To do so, log in to your personal space.

11. How do you access your personal space?

To log in to your personal space, visit the www.maison-objet.com website and click on “Login”. To log in use the login information you received by email when you registered.

12. What is the personal space for?

You can log in to your personal space at any time to:

  • print your badge or invoice
  • order badges and publications
  • request a visa
  • update your personal information
  • organise your visit
    Caution! The name and surname on the badge cannot be changed once your order is validated.

13. You are unable to print your badge. What should you do?

The downloadable electronic badge appears in a new window. Check that your browser authorises pop-ups.
To download the badge, your computer also needs a program that can read PDF files.
If you do not have one, you can download Adobe Reader from the following link:

14. How can you obtain an invoice for orders placed during pre-registration?

Your invoices are available from your personal space. Click the “Orders and invoices” tab.

15. how to obtain the catalogue and the Inspirations book?

You can order the MAISON&OBJET publications on your personal space.
You can pick them up at the trade show points of sales, or have them delivered by paying for the postal charges when placing your order (the publication will then be sent some days after the trade show).
The publications are available only when the show opens to take into account the latest updates to the exhibitor list.

16. The online shop does not display correctly in my browser, what can I do?

The online Shop is optimized for the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer (10.0 and higher). To solve display related problems, please update your browser or use another browser to log on our online shop.
