Since 1975, Ephrem has been making exceptional wood-fired ovens in Haute-Provence using naturally refractory materials. Heritage, performance, and design: with Le Flambeur, the brand reinvents the ancestral oven as an iconic culinary object. Ephrem is a French manufacturer of wood-fired masonry ovens. Renowned for their excellent thermal inertia, our ovens retain heat and release it for more than 24 hours after the last fire. We offer turnkey models or ready-to-assemble kits for private individuals, restaurateurs and bakers. The latest addition to the range, Le Flambeur, and its professional version Le Flambeur Pro, embody a new generation of wood-fired ovens: a gastronomic tool, a design feature and a symbol of a new art of living.
