Paris Design Week Factory

In 2019, WUU was invited to visit France as a representative of China's cutting-edge design brands. In 2024, leaving the pandemic period behind, WUU is visiting Paris again after 5 years. "Fold then Unfold" is the concept of WUU's exhibition. Coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the brand, works from different periods are inlaid and arranged in the form of wholes and parts on 10mm thick aluminum modules. Time has folded vast amount of information, complex thinking, and successive figures, leaving only simple interactions and pure beauty as the result. What we disassemble and unfold is not only the structural components that make up the products, but also the consistency behind the design, logic and rationality, spanningc a long period, as the skeleton.
