"Evolution of the Archaic" Countdown of design /Ukrainian design, craft, fashion and vintage items/ The "elementary particles" - the fundamental elements of design - circle, square, triangle, cross, spiral - are where this powerful connection between all human cultures lies. Modern creators' use of primitive forms and materials - clay, wood, metal, wool, glass, stone - is an adventure in time and imagination. Forms and materials, crossing the boundaries of eras and cultures, remind us of our common roots and our universal heritage. We demonstrate through young Ukrainian design and craftsmanship, inspired by our own cultural code, how the archaic becomes an impetus for evolution, a source of inspiration, forming a new, unique and relevant matter.
