    In the Gobi desert, extreme temperature changes cause the rock to fragment, prompting the discovery in 2016 of the largest traces of dinosaurs ever found. Fragments of scales imprinted on molten metal were collected to create the tables.

Xavier Lavergne creates tables and objects in cast iron, Murano glass and brass. They are the fruit of his insatiable quest to explore fantasy worlds that utilize a special alchemy and hybrid structures. Behind closed doors, his rigorous process of research and experimentation brings forth an ebullient cast of characters that evoke stellar jewelry or exuberantly crashing comets. The lucky few who own his creations can observe them close-up and perhaps see their hidden meaning. See more
