DEYROLLE

Saint-Germain-des-Près

Itinerary: Savoir-faire

As a scientific and teaching institution that has existed since 1831, Deyrolle is a temple for observing nature. It is also a curiosity cabinet unique in the world with exceptional collections whose vocation is to help us observe nature and its beauty to better understand and preserve it. Its collections inspire artists, collectors and visitors from around the world. From the surrealists André Breton and Salvador Dali to contemporary artists Damien Hirst and Huang Yong Ping, Deyrolle has constantly revealed, through exhibitions and collaborations, the strong ties between Nature, Art and Education. In September 2018 for Paris Design Week, Deyrolle will welcome artist Frédérique Morrel and her enchanting animals.
