MAURICE & LA MATELASSERIE

As a new, unusual player in the industry, Maurice & la Matelasserie is a hybrid concept-space entirely dedicated to creating unique, evolutive and durable mattresses. Elie Gamblin, whose family has been handmaking mattresses for 3 generations, imagined a place where visitors can have a unique, custom-made experience. Conceived by designers Antoine Lesur and Marc Vénot, the space includes an art gallery, finishing workshop and Oneiros. This module for creating mattresses lets each person imagine and try out a mattress based on their body but also their lifestyle, emotions and inspirations. Paris innovation prize laureate, the mattress by Maurice & la Matelasserie is a « Fabriqué à Paris » labeled product that is both sustainable and evolutive. See more
