You took part in PDW last year. What were you looking to achieve?

Tai Ping’s main goal was to generate new sales leads by being part of the Paris Design Week circuit. This way, we could take advantage of the synergies generated by the organizers and ultimately welcome new visitors and potential clients.

What were your results from your first time participating in this event?

The level of traffic to our showroom was excellent, both in terms of our regular clientele and new visitors, many of which were international. We presented Tai Ping Edition Two, a collection that brought together creations from six amazingly talented, international young designers, which attracted a great number of people. We also benefited from having Paris Design Week in the Saint-Germain neighborhood, with all the energy it brought in.

What will be new for Tai Ping during PDW 2017?

In September, Tai Ping will present a new collection called “Scenematic by André Fu”.
This collection was created by André Fu, a designer and architect from Hong Kong, for Tai Ping. Envisioned as a stroll through a quintessential urban landscape, it is a poetic tribute to archetypal cities.
